App won't open after an update. Try restarting your device, then reinstalling from the App Store if the issue persists — your wardrobe data stored on-device is not affected by reinstalling in most cases, but we recommend exporting first if you're unsure. Email us before reinstalling if you want to be safe.
Photos aren't saving to an item. Make sure Closeta has permission to access your Photos in iOS Settings → Closeta → Photos.
Premium purchase not showing as active. Try Settings → your profile → Restore Purchases inside the app. If that doesn't resolve it, email us with your purchase date and we'll help directly.
Can't find a specific item. Use the search bar at the top of your cabinet, or check that the item's category tag matches where you're looking.
